Do you specifically mean a request participant? If so…
project = xxx and "Request participants" = currentUser()
or if you want to include where you are assignee or watcher…
project = xxx and "Request participants" = currentUser() Or watcher = currentuser() or assignee = currentuser()

I have a similar question I want to find issues that users have participated in for a given date range. I tried the "Request participants", however this doesn't seem to be a valid jql query? I thought "Participant" use to work?
