I am building a ticketing system with portal and a knowledge base. When I was working on this earlier, I stumbled on to a page where I could create subheadings to subsume knowledge base articles under, and I was able to list those subheadings on the landing page to the ticketing system's portal. Now I can't find that page again. Does this ring a bell to anyone? Thanks so much!
Hi, Couple of questions.
Is a Confluence connected as a knowledge base? And do you mean the layout options in Confluence?
Is it possible to add a screendump of your project configuration "Knowledgebase" to your question?
