How do I add a due date when creating an issue/incident

Hi I am not getting the option to add a due date when creating service requests or incidents on Jira Service Management

Hello @Eibhlín O'Sullivan 

You need to edit the  create issue screen 

  1. Select project settings
  2. Screens - Issuetype Screen Scheme 
  3. Select Create issue Screen - add the desired field there.

OR 

  1. Select project settings
  2. Issue types - issue type list and screens associated
  3. Edit screen

After that edit the request types request form, add fields to the request form

Fields need to be associated with the screen first so they can be added to the request form.
