I try to start an automation in Jira between two projects.
Therefore I need to filter those issuses which contains "pmo" in its summary.

Please try with the following JQL:
text ~ "\"pmo\""

The project is the project name, not the project key. If the names contains spaces, use "", for example project "Project Name"
