How can we add name of Assignee in the notification emails in next gen JSM project

Hi,

We have to send notification to the users to whom a ticket is assigned. From the list of variables I can't find a field for assignee.

Can someone please help how I can do this.

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

On Customer notifications, currently, there is no option to add the name of the assignee.

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.

In case you want customers to know who is the assignee, you can add a column to their requests page. Go to the customer portal, click on Requests > All and then click on Customize to view the options.
