You can achive this in Jira
Go to your service desk or Jira Service Management choose reports (on the left side under customer management)
There you will see some pre-defined reports, just add a new report (left corner ) add a series "Created" add a label "Created daily" you don't need to add anything else just save this will show issues created by day, you can choose 7 days, 14 days etc..
On the bottom, you will see how many issues are created on each date, if you "click" on the number you will see which issues are created.
You can export data to csv.
