How can I get a template I created in Confluence to show up in JSD?

Margaret Winward October 29, 2020

I am running JSD and Confluence in the Cloud. I have created a FAQ article template in Confluence that I would like to access in JSD. (I can access it fine in Confluence.)

When I am in a ticket in JSD, it only shows me 2 templates (how-to and troubleshooting). How can I get the FAQ article template to show up as an option in JSD?

Hello @Margaret Winward,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

When using Jira Service Desk and Confluence together, currently, only How-to and Troubleshooting templates are available to create pages from a ticket and it's not possible to add more templates to this dropdown.

There is a feature suggesting an improvement for that:

Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.

Regards,
Angélica
