How can I automatcially resolve issues and linke the this isuse to another issue

Hello ,

How can I set up an automed rule, which resolves an issue which has as reporter always the same email address and set the solution to 'Known Error' and link the issue to another issue?

Automated rule must apply for all statusses/priorities. Trigger : whenever I receive an issue with a specific reporter email. (the rule should also apply for the issues with this specific emials which already have been received, but still do not have the workflow status resolve --> close.

I forgot to sya that I am really new and the issue is related to a jira service desk project.
