Help Center Banner Size

Hello,

We are trying to customize the Help Center Banner and our image isn't showing up correctly.  Does anyone know the dimensions?  Are there apps that work well for customizing the portal?

Hi Joseph and welcome to Atlassian Community!

The minimum recommended size would be 1105x300 which is the area available on the customer portal for the banner.
Please, give it a try and let us know if it works.

Hi Angelica,

Thank you for checking in on this.  Please check the screenshot below. For some reason I am missing the bottom of my image, with the green stripe (Check banner in first post). Any idea why?

I tested using your banner on my test instance and when I resize the page, it shows the green stripe correctly. The portal fits the banner depending on its size, so to fit it when the page is expanded, it removes the green stripe.

We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of the ability to configure the banner for multiple viewpoints:
