I was completing a Cloud backup, and the ZIP file had finished being generated. I was downloading the file to then push it to our S3 backup. But the file happens to be infected with Troj/Phish-HPX. How can I search my open tickets to find which ticket has an infected file and thus remove the file? I can't do a website scan of our cloud service site, as far as I know. And I would spend days going through the last 30 days of tickets, downloading individual files and then scanning them until I found it. Any way to have Atlassian/Jira support scan my database and find the file?
I did it the hard way, but I think I found it. After uncompressing the ZIP file, my AV deleted the particular infected file in the folder named after the ticket. I found the ticket in Jira cloud, and deleted the attached file. I will know for sure in 24 hours when I create another backup and download it.
