Can anyone recommend a good add-on for Field Service Management?
We would like to give our technicians the ability to complete their own job cards and enable our customers to provide feedback on the spot.

@Michael Fisher there is no need add-ons to do this :)
There is CSAT Feedback or customer satisfaction, natively in Jira, your agents only need to resolve the issue to the customer receive the satisfaction :)
