You can try our app - Advanced Portal Reports. It allows you to show any field in a portal report, you can customize which columns to show, and the customer can select which ones to see, reorder them, sort, filter, export to Excel, etc.

It's not a report it's the actual columns when you go to the portal>requests>project

Exactly what I meant. On the standard Requests page, you cannot add more columns (you can only hide some of the existing). Our app allows you to show a similar page, but you can show any field there.
