I have partners that log tickets in Jira Service Desk using the external portal. I would like these same partners to be able to search, filter and sort the list of their submitted tickets. Where can I find where I can modify this view?

Unfortunately the Requests page on the portal is not customizable. If you need to provide more options for your customers, you will need an app like the one we created - Advanced Portal Reports - which allows the portal customers to sort, view additional fields, export to CSV, re-arrange columns positions, etc.
