Dear Community.
Regarding to the closing of the connectivity between Jira and External Assets Platform, this causes huge problems for us.
We do not use Jira Service Desk, and we have already built and deployed appropriate processes to use Jira Platform along with the Device42 Asset Management Platform for CMDB.
From my understanding, this integration will stop working in a few days (i.e. API Endpoints will not work), and Atlassian forces all customers to move to Service Desk.
Has anyone from the community identified any alternative approaches/methods (i.e. custom development, scripts) to keep such an integration?

Who mentioned that this integration will be discontinued?
In Jira you can use API endpoints, are you using endpoints that are discontinued on the Jira side or Device42 side?
How is your integration between the 2 applications configured?

we also conducted Device42 Support (asset management tool) and they confirm, telling us that the integration will continue to work for Jira Service Desk.
