Error when try to link issue in team managed project jira cloud

HI 

Im keep getting this error below when try to link to another issue in jira. the project is Team Managed jira project. Its a suddened as it was working before and there is nothing changed made during the weekend. 

Ive check the features and so on, but all are enable and the default permission scheme is show too.
