I have requested for the Apps Enterprise Mail Handler for Jira (JEMH) and Email This Issue the 30 days trial. Noticed that the status still shows "App requested".
Can you advise on this?

You will have to contact the vendor directly for support - https://thepluginpeople.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/JEMH/overview.
Atlassian cannot do anything about it. JEMH is just an 3rd Party add-on offer through Marketplace and not a part of Atlassian.
