Não tenho certeza do que você quer dizer encaminhando uma chamada e como ela se relaciona com a funcionalidade do Jira Service Desk. O service desk lida com problemas. Você pode atribuir um problema a outro agente do service desk.

<I'm not sure what you mean by forwarding a call and how it relates to Jira Service Desk functionality. Service desk deals with issues. You can assign an issue to another service desk agent.>
