I am using the email to ticket functionality in JIRA SMC.
Every time I am forwarding an email to the support queue I can see that a ticket is getting created.
However, it seems that even the 'from' and 'to' also all the 'cc' are getting imported.
I would like to create a ticket automatically only with the body of the message.
Is this achievable?
