Email to Ticket function - Hide all emails captured by email handler

Hi,

I am using the email to ticket functionality in JIRA SMC.

Every time I am forwarding an email to the support queue I can see that a ticket is getting created.

However, it seems that even the 'from' and 'to' also all the 'cc' are getting imported.

I would like to create a ticket automatically only with the body of the message.

Is this achievable?

Hi,

This is not possible out of the box with the Jira Service Management Mail Handler. It is probably possible using an app.

I'm not sure, as I didn't try yet, but I think it should be possible with email this issue.
