I've setup a couple of email addresses that JIRA Service Management checks in order to create tickets. I noticed that when I send an email to these addresses, it would take hours before an issue is generated from them. In the past it would take only a few minutes.
I tried this link (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/troubleshoot-incoming-mail-in-jira-service-management-790960076.html\) in order to see whether something is wrong, but the settings match what's in the link (e.g. it would run every minute).
I was wondering if there is another issue I should check to see why there's a delay in processing the emails? I have confirmed that after I sent the email to the address, it would appear in the mailbox very quickly.

Hello. I am having similar issues. Requests are created with 30 mins delay.
