Email related issue.


I have created one support section in my project where a user can ask questions.
I want to add such feature in which request is directly forward to manager thought email(automatic email). when the manager reply on it or any solution provided by manager need to send it to all members who are in the group.

how I can manage this.

Go to Project settings -- Automation -- Add Rule


Using this it can be possible to send automatic email to particular group.
