Email rejection: automatic SD filter


We have emails being rejected because there is a filter in the service desk.

How can we disable it?

I can not see the attached image, it only shows the broken image icon. Can you re-post that image?

Maybe it helps to disable the email-processor in System > Global Mail Settings.
