we implemented JiraService Desk in our company but from this morning we receive this error message :
Email notifications are off until 22/Sep/20
You've sent the maximum number of notifications in 12 hours for your plan. Upgrade to keep collaborating with your team.
Do you know reach limit of mails notifications ? how can I resolve this error?

The email notifications for the Free plan are limited to 100 per day. If the maximum notifications are reached, then it’s paused until the next day.
