We are going to migrate our Jira sofware to Jira service management and we would like to know about the opcion with email that create a case .
for example we have somes questions :
Is it possible to have an answer template?
Can we have several aliases related to a single emailbox with different issue types and different request types in each project?
These questions are for the cloud version and the server version
