Elevated command required for launching Discovery.exe remotely on Windows computers

I have used the following steps to configure discovery agent on windows computers so i can deploy to many computers

# Step 1: Download and extract the Discovery Agent

# Step 2: Install the Discovery Agent on one computer

# Step 3 (Not Working): C:\prog~1..\Discovery\Discovery.exe -l does NOT launch, how do we launch automatically using elevated access while standard User is logged on
