Dear Team, I would like to setup an email for example and ensure whenever the email is sent to this I'd, it should create jira tickets and land up in Jira queue. May I know how do I do that?

Hi Vinod, welcome to the Community.

Assuming you are on cloud...

  1. project settings 
  2. email requests
  3. custom email
  4. Add your email
  5. choose the Request type to associate your email request to
  6. done
