Hi, I have a Question. In Service Desk you can define a Email Request Channel. You can define exactly one E-Mail-Adress for this. Now I wanted to ask if it is somehow possible to get the Mail-Header of the E-Mail which was used for the Email Request in a Scriptrunner Postfunction in the Workflow on creation of such an issue?
What I want to do: Have Multiple Aliases for the same Mailbox and do some Stuff in the Workflow Post-Function depending on the Alias which was used for the Request (Should be the "To"-Field in the Mail-Header.
