I have a very recent issue that has popped up and am scratching my head. Any thoughts appreciated. There isn't any automation that is causing this.

Background: We have a website based on Squarespace where our customers can use the builtin form submission to send us requests. I have this connected to a JSM project so that an issue is created. There are actually two different form submission processes and only one is causing the problem. Moreover the issue apparently just reared it head late last week.

Issue: When an issue is created the Description field has duplicated the body of the email. example below...

here is the email that is processed by JSM email handler.

Hello,

have the same issue and also with the same service provider (Squarespace). But I don't know why the emails from the Squarespace submission form are duplicated but from other emails are not.

Did you have any luck to solve it after 3 years? :D

Thanks
Best Regards
Dom

Hi @Dom , it has been so long I have forgotten what we found or how it was resolved.
