Due Date field changes after a customer submits a request

Edited

A user entering a due date through the portal will select a specific date (eg June 17th) but after they submit the request and their issue summary is displayed, the date changes (to June 16th). But in the Agent view, in the Service Desk Project, the due date is correct.

The user's timezone in their profile is correct.

I get similar behaviour but the entered due date via the portal is shown as entered date + 1 when viewing the issue from Service Desk.

Hi

Did you ever get to the bottom of this?

No I didn't Brian, and this behavior is still happening...
