When I click 'Download all attachments" from a support ticket it doesn't work, the below flag comes up.

How do I fix this, this is really necessary for us.
So to answer my own question.......
Under System > Advanced > Attachments there is an 'Enable zip support' setting which must have been off by default.
Of course when trying to download all attachments while this is turned off, as above it doesn't prompt to say that this option is turned off, it just throws an error.
Turn it on and it works!
How do you navigate to System > Advanced > Attachments? I am facing similar error.

In my instance it's enabled. But still I'm getting same error.
