I have different organizations in JSD, with more than one client, each one of them.
When a ticket is added, send mail to all the different clients of the organization.
How can I do so that I do not send mails to everyone, but that the tickets (from the portal) are visible to all.

One of the Customer Notifications is "Organizations Added". That will send an email to everyone in that organization when a request is created and shared with that organization.
I would disable that Customer notification. (That's what we did)
