Hello, I want to display only one customer's projects in the portal, I can display only the customer's issues but when I clic on "Help center" each customer can see all projects. Is there any way to restrict the project's displaying?
You can control the display of JSM project(s) via the portal by changing your project's customer permission to - (essentially controlling access to your projects against different sets of customers)
Hope this helps.

Thank you for your answer, but this is not where I have the problem :
I have a customer that can create issues, no problem with it, but this customer should create issues just for his own project, and he has no right to create issues in other projects or even see other project's issues i the portal/
for example I have "client1" who can create issues in project "Service1" and I gave him the custom role where I authorized him to create and close issues.
In the portal my client1 can see other projects and even create requests in those projects.
When I clic on "help center" at the top left it shows me other projects that doesn't belong to mu "client1"
Thank you in advance for your help.

You will need to do what I suggested for all of your existing projects. In addition, you have check "Service Desk Customers" role assignment for your project(s) after you applied my suggestion to ensure only appropriate customers are assigned to your project's "Service Desk Customers" role.
More than likely that you projects "Service Desk Customers" is including all of your customers (ie. same group?) Thus, it will not change of the access for your customers to unwanted project(s) even you updated the Customer Permissions setup.
Again, you will need to modify who is included in the "Service Desk Customers" role for each of your JSM project to exclude unwanted customers access.
Hope this helps.
Best, Joseph
