So we are using Jira Service Desk and we have LDAP integrated correctly. I searched for my issue and didn't find what I was looking for, but if a user is disabled in AD it will sync (after 60 minutes) and it will disable their JIRA account. Is there a way a disabled user can submit to get their account re-enabled?
No, since the user is no longer on the system. They will possibly need to open a Helpdesk ticket or e-mail IT to enable back their account. Whichever your organization process are.
