Disable Clone for Specific Project

Hello,

We have 3 projects in our service desk, let's say Project A, Project B, Project C.

We want to disable clone option for Project A and Project B.
And for Project C, users should be able to clone the tickets. Could you please help us with the possible solution.

We are aware that we can disable Clone option at a system level, but we need Clone option for some projects.
