Design email template with JSD

Hi Guys,

 

I want design email template for our department now, but I have a one question.

Email template is use this code now and it connect to project

#set ($commentActionBody="#parse('templates/email/html/includes/patterns/comment-action.vm')")
#rowWrapperNormal($commentActionBody)

Could anyone tell me how do I connect to JSD portal that use this code.
OR any document can share.

If you want to manage Jira Service Desk Email templates, go to Project settings > Customer notifications > Edit templates. Is this what you are looking for? Or where are you editing the current template? In what way would you like to connect it to JSD?
