@[deleted] right now the portal is intended for customer interaction.
Would you be able to share what type of information you want to make available to customers? Maybe a public viewable dashboard would work.
Cheers,
Radu
Thank you, @Radu ,
I want to share a report for Outstanding Request for Change and all related information.
Also if you can please guide me on how to set-up a public viewable dashboard.

Hi @[deleted] ,
Step 1 create a filter
and make sure it has public permissions
Step 2 create a dashboard
make sure this one is also public
Step 3 add a gadget based on the filter you created on step 1
This is the work you need to do to create a dashboard.

I was looking into ways to share this with anonymous users, which Jira doesn't support at this time. If Jira doesn't Jira Service Desk won't be able either.
Here is a ticket you can vote/ watch for that feature https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-68499 .
The workaround is to create a generic account you would share with your customers that has restricted access to your product. You would have to give them only access to Jira Core as a product and restrict their access through permissions.
This is the way I see it.
I'm sorry there is no straight forward solution for this at the moment.
Regards
Radu
