I have deleted the user from our account. But I have received the email on his ID when someone creates the new ticket.
Please remove this user. so that no email goes on this ID
@Karamjeet Singh , this isn’t official Atlassian Support. It is a forum of users and Atlassian’s to answer questions and discuss various topics. As such you might not want to include personal info like emails. Now to your issue, what email is being received by the user? The question is why are they receiving the email? It may be that there is some automation that is issuing an email specifically to the individual.
