Hello everyone,
I would like to know if anyone is experiencing with JSM a delay on many email notifications. For example, a client registered an issue yesterday afternoon and after 20 hours the agent has just received the notification showing that a new issue has been created.
Anyone else with the same problem?
As the emails are being bounced, I have thought that the delayed notifications could be due to JIRA receiving the rejected emails and trying to send them again.
Could it possible?
