Date time picker is not the same in the summary and in the issue details

Hi Everyone,

I am facing this issue and it is driving me crazy.

The date time picker in the summary is different from the on in the issue details although they are the same field.

I have added an automation when the issue is created edit the summary with the details:

Game Request - Games Room - {{issue.Date/Time Required("dd/MMM/yyyy HH:mm")}}

However, it is showing 2 different timings:

Please check the image. As you can see the timings are different
