Hi :) My company is just getting started with Jira Service Desk.
We would like to customize the text and link on the confirmation page on a project - after raising a ticket as an anonymous customer.
The default page has a text-link to Help Center: https://netlifegruppen.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals T
This page shows several projects - not only the project where the request was raised.
We think it's much more logical to link to the specific project - ie. https://netlifegruppen.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/3
But so far, we haven't been able to find where to edit the text on the confirmation page.
We are planning to have both internal projects and extarnal customer help desk projects.
Any advice would be very much appreciated :)

Currently, it's not possible to customize the message when someone creates a ticket without logging in. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
