Customize the columns in your customers' requests list

Hello,

 

Is it possible to add in the 

Customers' requests list

other fields than the "default" ones?

Hi Mihai,

Currently you can only choose from the pre defined fields and not custom ones.

There is a suggestion here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-9705

I would recommend you vote and watch that.

Hi @Mihai Marculescu ,

It's not possible to do it natively as @Support Team [Clearvision] mentioned. You can try using the app which provides wide possibilities for requests page customization: My Requests Extension for Jira Service Management. It's not only about adding additional columns on this page but also saving searching as filters.
