Customize attachment field

Is there any possibility to customize look of attachment field?

For example:

- add description below the field

- modify text inside the field - "Drop files to attach, or browse"

Hi @Pavel Čech 

with Standard JSM you cannot modify the attachment field itself. In the portal view you can add descriptions though. You need to modify the Request types where the field appears.

Project settings > Request types > Edit fields > Field help

That's additional text that appears in the Request the customer sees.

For the internal view (Agent view) you would need ScriptRunner or another plugin to modify system fields.
