Customers cannot attach files on the tickets

Hi guys,

 

Our customers are trying to attach files on their tickets but there is no such an option on the ticket.

 

On the visible fields I have the below config:

so I am not sure why it is not visible.

hi @Ajay _view26_ , I checked the Screens and all have the attachment as well.

Hi @Marios Chrysovergis ,

 

Your configuration seems ok. Can you please check the Screen configuration and check if the Create Screen has the Attachment field included
