Hi,
Whenever we have a customer request that have more comments that usually (more than 30 let`s say) Jira Service Desk is having trouble loading request.
It`s usually taking more than minute to load request.
I have noticed on Developer Tools in Chrome that on it is blocked on Waiting (TTFB) (Network Tab).
On Jira server ticket is loading normally.
Problem occurs only on Service Desk.
We have JIRA Service Desk (3.8.2)
Is someone had this situation and know how to solve this ?

After Jira restart, customer request is loading within few seconds.
