I have created a customer request form in the service portal with three different single user picker fields. Every time a user (administrator as well as customer test user) enters the form (same in MS Edge, Chrome, Firefox) the bottom two of the fields are not loading properly. You can see the display name and the help text but not the actual field between them (so no user can be picked). Reloading the form in the browser e.g. with F5 fixes it after one or sometimes more reloads. If you try to send the form without selecting a user in the mandatory field it does not work but you cannot see the red error message between the display name and the description.
Any clues how to fix this?
