Customer portal visibility

1, I have logged into customer portal. i have raised a ticket and by selecting all request  i can see Type , Reference, Summary, Service desk, Status, Requester, Similarly i want to add assignee, date etc.

2, I have raised a ticket and selected, inside i can see "share field". please help me how to remove "share field".

if you want do it globally follow

It¨s little bit old, by plugin has still same name - do go to "/plugins/servlet/upm/manage/system" and insert name of plugin to search field.
