Customer portal search does not support Russian language Edited

Hello.

Our company used to work with Jira Service Desk Server version 3.12.20.

We have 8 portals and 250+ request types.

Basic language is Russian. 

We had upgraded JSD to 4.1.0 version and had updater customers portal to a new version.

Soon after that we found a problem.

Search request with english words return correct results.

Search request with russian words returns empty result.

An answer was simple.

Update your instance to version 4.2.0 or higher.
