I run the support team for a multi-tenanted SaaS product and I'd like to transition to using Jira Service Desk for our customer help desk tickets.
Is it possible to create a SSO using our database of our product administrators so they can log tickets as customers? Ideally, I'd like them to be able to click our Help Desk link and be taken directly to the customer portal without having to login again.
If that's not possible, how can we use an API or similar to automatically create a new JSD organisation & customer when they get created in our system?
I'm not a developer, so trying to ascertain what's possible before getting the dev team involved, thanks.
