For a given JIRA service desk project, how can we get the login history of customers? From the UI or the Database for that matter
Hi @Himanshu Nanda, to my knowledge, login history, either customers or Jira internal users, is captured in the atlassian-jira-security.log. You can find more details Logging and profiling.
Security-related information (e.g. login, logout, session creation/destruction, security denials) is written to atlassian-jira-security.log
.
You can also find user statistics such as login count, last and previous login, last and current failed logins, etc., through the UI, under user management/user profile. However, it's not a report, you can check that for a specific customer for example.
You will also find jirakb articles with database query examples on how to query the last login, etc.
I hope that helps you to get started.
Cheers,
IL.
