Looking for some ideas here - I'm trying to have the body of the comments sent to a customer once the issue's resolution status changes to 'Done', {{comment.body}} cannot be inserted into the customer notifications so there goes my easy way. Any ideas?

Hi Kevin, 

I'm not sure if there's a way to do this with built-in functionality, but you can definitely do it with the Automation for Jira plugin. 

If your customers are logged in, maybe another option would be to simply add a note to the "Request resolved" notification, letting them know they can click on "View request" to see the full list of comments?
