Hi,
Our default language for Jira is English and some of our customers are from Czech, so their Customer JSD is set in Czech, but few things are still in English.
For example "Resolution", when is ticket finished, usually the resolution is "Done" and we have set translation for Czech "Vyřešený", but in Customer JSD is still visible only English version, despite customer has set Czech language in his profile preferences.
Is there any way how to translate it or is it bug?
Thank you for respond
Filip
Hi @Filip Gawlas ,
you need to translate resolutions in that language first. Please take a look to the following article https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/translating-resolutions-priorities-statuses-and-issue-types-938847111.html about how to do that.
